Tipe ﬂash memory yang biasa digunakan di perangkat portabel seperti kamera digital dan MP3 player sebagai media penyimpanan. NAND adalah sel memory serial yang mempunyai lebih sedikit kontak per-pasangan sel daripada memory NOR sehingga membuat NAND lebih murah untuk diproduksi.
