Singkatan dari electronic commerce. Aktivitas ekonomi yang terjadi di In-ternet, meliputi pembelian, penjualan, transaksi barang dan jasa. E-commerce terbagi ke dalam B2B (business-to-business) yang melibatkan transaksi antarperusahaan, dan B2C (business-to-customer) yang sering dikenal de-ngan istilah online shop.
